Women Empowering Other Women (WEOW) Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with a vision to empower women, strengthen families, and create a lasting impact within the community. WEOW is actively developing initiatives centered around mentorship, financial empowerment, wellness, youth development, and community outreach to create opportunities for growth, connection, leadership, and generational success.
Our signature initiatives include the Back-to-School Giveaway and Warmth 4 The Homeless (W4TH) outreach program, both of which continue to expand their impact throughout the Tampa Bay area. WEOW is also working toward launching an Annual Women’s Empowerment Conference, which will provide networking opportunities, leadership development, motivational speakers, wellness resources, and educational workshops for women of all backgrounds..
